One of many companies utilizing immoral and manipulative sales tactics; We received a letter that appeared to be hand-written, inside was even a folded card printed in a font meant to mimic handwriting. This is a disgusting tactic in an age of digital stalking and social isolation, feasting on the initial excitement of another human being contacting you only to be ruined with the reveal that it is just another shady company wanting your money. If these shady, abusive sales tactics are any indication of their level of service, I refuse.

The installation crew was awesome! No complaints there BUT.....our overall experience has not been great. First the windows we ordered were not within the allowed height (too tall) and new window type had to be selected; shouldn't that have been caught before we placed the order? Then we were given an install date of August 24th; we had our plantation shutters removed as directed. On installation day it was discovered that the windows ORDERED BY RENEWAL were the incorrect size and would have to be re-ordered and would take 6-12 weeks to be received. We had our shutters re-installed because we were not willing, not should be expected to live in a primary bedroom with no window coverings. Paid vendor $200 for removal and re-install. Correct sized windows were scheduled to be installed on October 14th so we again had to have the plantation shutters removed and re-installed and AGAIN had to pay the vendor $200. We think it's unconscionable that Renewal's position to not reimburse us for the first removal and re-install. The error was Renewal's not ours and Renewal should in good faith reimburse us.

My experience with Andersen has been excellent. They may not be the cheapest option, but I cannot imagine a better quality job or product. Very happy!

The best installers ever ! Eduardo Cabrera Oscar Cabrera Josiel Rieumont Very highly recommend this dream team ! They installed all of my windows in the pouring rain with no issues ! Very professional, very neat work ! I love my new windows ! I cannot recommend this company enough ! Make sure you ask these guys to do your installation!!!!!! 🌟
