I have had difficulty getting an accurate price. I was originally sold that "if I got 3 windows, I could qualify for a better deal in the future." I purchased 3 windows. The next year, this deal became invalid. Costs went up and now the quotes that I receive are much higher. There was confusion in applying for the loan. My husband and I had to do it several times. A customer service person called and tried to sell me another window. I said I already had one coming and had filled out the loan. The window had not even been ordered and WEEKS had passed by. I had to follow up and discovered the window had not been ordered. Were it not for the awkward phone call, who knows how long would have gone by. The only thing that I can appreciate about Anderson is the product itself. This has not been a smooth or professional process. I continue to receive promos in the mail but have lost all faith in them, knowing that the last time I "spent to save" the privilege was taken away just a few months later. I feel like if I am going to need to follow up on all the customer service elements, perhaps I should be paid and earn my justified discount that way.
