Faith T. Replacement Windows We recently purchased our first home and knew we would eventually need new windows. After living here for a few weeks we realized the need for windows was more urgent than anticipated. The current windows were vinyl and they had such awful condensation that we couldn't see through many of them. In addition, there were terrible drafts in the windows. Overall, they were in poor working condition and were unsightly! We purchased all new windows through Renewal by Andersen of Long Island, 21 in total. From start to finish Renewal by Andersen went above and beyond our expectations. I must admit I have high expectations as a genenal rule so for me to be impressed speaks volumes about our experience. We had a fantastic installation crew. We were sad to see them go because we felt like we made three new friends. The crew worked here for three days, the first day was a nice day for February. The second day of installation was one of the worst snowstorms in Long Island's history! These men were here before 8 a.m. and worked until after noon in the snow! The last day was sunny but the ground was covered in about a foot of snow and they pressed on. It was incredible. They were the constant professionals. They answered all my (many) questions and left me feeling very satisfied. All our windows were measured perfectly and the job went on without a hitch. Our salesman even stopped by to see that we were completely happy with everything, and we were! Our new home looks beautiful now! We're so thrilled and very grateful to everyone at Renewal by Andersen! We'll certainly be recommending you to everyone we know and we're proudly displaying your sign on our lawn. Thank you!
